- Sales data: Transaction information from your Eposnow till to detect and sync sales
- Channel credentials: API keys, access tokens, and authentication information for your connected channels (Wix, Eposnow, Deliveroo)
- Sync logs: Records of synchronization operations, timestamps, and status
Usage Data
We may also collect information on how the Service is accessed and used ("Usage Data"). This may include information such as:

3. Data Processing and Third-Party Integrations
To provide our synchronization services, we must share certain data with third-party platforms and services:
Wix
We connect to your Wix store using official APIs to read and update product inventory and stock levels. Wix handles your account authentication and access permissions.
Eposnow
We integrate with your Eposnow POS system using your provided API credentials to monitor sales and stock levels. You control the API key access level and can revoke access at any time.
Deliveroo
We can optionally connect to Deliveroo to synchronize menu availability. This integration helps keep your online delivery menu in sync with actual stock.
Railway
We use Railway as our cloud infrastructure provider for hosting our backend services and PostgreSQL database. Your data is stored on Railway's infrastructure. Railway processes data according to their privacy policy at https://railway.app/legal/privacy.
Vercel
We use Vercel for frontend hosting and content delivery (CDN). Vercel processes IP addresses and browser metadata via its edge network. Privacy: https://vercel.com/legal/privacy-policy.
Resend

Stripe

Anthropic

Otter
We use Otter (tryotter.com) as middleware for Deliveroo integration. Otter processes menu and availability data for Deliveroo channel synchronisation.
Service Providers
We may employ third-party companies and individuals to facilitate our Service ("Service Providers"), to provide the Service on our behalf, or to assist us in analyzing how our Service is used. These parties have access to your Personal Data only to perform these tasks on our behalf and are obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose.
4. Data Retention
StockClerk will retain your Personal Data and Inventory Data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you Services. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.
Sync logs and activity records are retained for 90 days by default to support troubleshooting and compliance audits. This retention period can be adjusted based on your subscription plan and local regulations.
